TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings & Deposits
All bookings require a 40% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. Booking a trial appointment does not reserve your wedding or event date until the deposit has been received.
Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. After the deposit is made, services cannot be removed from the invoice. Additional services may be added if requested no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and Interac e-Transfer.
The final balance (for credit card or e-Transfer payments) is due no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
Travel, Parking & Additional Fees
• A travel fee per artist applies and will be added to the invoice
• Parking fees are the responsibility of the client for all weddings and events
• Parking may be charged to a hotel room for convenience or added to the final invoice
• An early morning fee per artist applies for all start times before 7:00 AM, charged hourly
Pricing & Minimums
• Pricing may vary for holiday bookings.
• A minimum booking of $700 (approximately four services) is required during peak bridal season (May–October). Bookings below this minimum may be subject to an additional fee.
• Please contact Mercedes directly to inquire about hourly, half-day, and full-day rates.
Trials
Trials are conducted in-studio. Mobile trials are available upon request and are subject to an additional travel fee.
