Terms & Conditions
Bookings are not held without a 40% non-refundable deposit and signed contract. Booking a trial date does not secure the wedding date until a deposit is received.
Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Credit Card and Interac Email Transfers.
Final balance (if paying via Email Transfer or Credit Card) is due 24h prior to the event at the LATEST.
Travel fee per artist is an additional charge.
Parking fees are required to be paid for all weddings/events. You may charge the parking fee to your hotel room for your convenience, or it will be added to your final invoice.
An early morning fee per artist is incurred for every hour prior to 7am.
Once the deposit has been made no services can be deducted from the invoice. Services can however be added to the invoice if needed. Additional services need to be requested no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. After it has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances leading up to your event.

There is a minimum booking of $500 (4-5 services) that must be met during peak bridal season (May-October).
Trials are conducted in-studio, however if you’d like the luxury of us coming to you, we can with a travel fee.
